Empowering Youth for Green Jobs and Climate Action in Bolivia

👉🏽 Download concept note

What do we want to do?

The project uses Save the Children’s SHIFT model, a proven global approach, to equip young people with life skills, green skills, and leadership, enabling them to design and deliver green solutions that address climate impacts while opening livelihood pathways.

Developing a green mindset alongside technical and employability skills allows youth to participate in emerging green sectors such as:

  • Renewable energy and water management

  • Circular economy and waste valorization

  • Sustainable agriculture and eco-tourism

  • Environmental services and urban greening
