WHAT IS THIS ABOUT?

We turned impact tracking into a game using easy to use technology to follow our Shifters’ progress across the years.

We call it the Evolution Tracker.

There are 3 levels.

EMERGING

GROWING

INFLUENTIAL

Groups begin at Level 1: Emerging and level up as they gain knowledge, confidence and supporters. With time, they reach Level 3: Influential, where they can spark real, lasting change.

Groups level up from Growing to Influential by collecting power orbs!

POWER ORBS

Organising

Forming a team with clear roles, a solid plan, shared values, positive energy, and strong connections with each other.

Skills and Knowledge

A mix of super skills like communication, leadership, creativity, and practical skills like research and planning to make things happen.

Network

Gaining the community’s trust and building alliances with groups who want the same change as us.

Sustainable

Keeping the project going with smart money planning and strong partnerships that last.

Visibility

Sharing the group's messages far and wide and getting the community to join in and take action.

Platform

Choosing the best places to share ideas and getting noticed by the media and the public.

Supporters

Getting other  people on board and excited to take action and support the group's cause.

Public Opinion

Changing minds and getting more people to care and take action on the issue.

Key Opinion Leaders

Inspiring leaders to step up and take action to support what the group is doing.

Policy Engagement

Teaming up with leaders to help make changes and shape the rules for a better outcome.

Why is this important?
