What do we want to do?

Over 12 months, we’ll work with creative, inclusive youth groups already active in their communities. We’ll equip them with the skills, confidence, networks, and funding they need to design and lead powerful, youth-driven movements that challenge adult-dominated decision-making and re-imagine what advocacy looks like when led by young people.

Our goal: to transform the energy, creativity, and leadership of children and youth into movements that shift public opinion, inspire action, and influence decision-makers.

What we need to make it happen?

We are seeking $90,000 over 12 months to implement SHIFT in the Philippines.

Breakdown:
Project Costs – $70,000

  • Youth recruitment, training, and facilitation

  • Creative Buddy fees and campaign materials

  • Youth-led storytelling and impact documentation

  • Campaign seed funding (youth-directed)

  • Travel, workshops, and logistics

  • Local staff coordination and project oversight

  • Follow-on grants through the Carrot Fund for sustainability

  • SHIFT Global Network membership and ongoing support

Project Administration (CAM/ICR) – $20,000
SHIFT is scalable, rights-based, and already proven in 22+ countries. It’s a smart investment in youth-led impact.
