Bangladesh We Want: Youth Movements for Change
What do we want to do?
This 2-year project will partner with local, established changemaker groups who are already active in their communities — equipping them with the confidence, skills, and networks they need to design and lead movements to influence public discourse on issues that are most relevant to them. Young changemakers can also lobby with government agencies for systems strengthening to address youth related issues.
The goal is to transform their energy and ideas into sustainable community-led solutions — while also investing in local youth to become independent agents of change, beyond the support of any institution.
What we need to make it happen?
We are seeking $230,000 USD over 2 years to implement this SHIFT movement.
